The Position
The Office Operations and Project Support is a vital Head Office team member providing assistance to Marketing & Procurement. If you’re organised with strong attention to detail & communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Heads of Procurement and Marketing, your daily tasks would include but are not limited to:

Coordinate Print Material orders & delivery to store network.

Assist with Head Office Projects including administration for menu launches and store opens.

Maintain accurate databases for both internal and external menu-ranging information.

Schedule Marketing + Menu information for our store TVs.
-
Stock ordering for store operations & maintaining an accurate database.
-
Liaison with external suppliers to support a continuous supply chain to the network.

Maintain accurate purchase orders and invoicing for store supplies.

Prepare operational communications & menu updates for the store network.
-
Maintain accuracy of the brand website and make minor changes where required.
-
Proofreading communication materials to ensure information is accurate and brand-aligned.

Support in the coordination of Brand Events & Marketing activities.

Support in the build of Customer EDMs and scheduling of social media posts.
-
Prepare reports & interpret data to communicate to internal stakeholders.
-
Any other administrative duties as deemed appropriate by Head Office.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

Ability to quickly learn & use various technologies - including experience in Excel, WordPress, Microsoft, Canva, and other communication platforms.

Strong communication skills with internal & external stakeholders.

Motivated for continuous improvement & leaving it better than you found it.
Desirable

Previous experience in Marketing Assistant roles.

Understanding of the Liv Eat Brand and QSR Industry.

Proven ability to negotiate with internal and external suppliers to achieve positive outcomes.
