We are seeking applications from an experienced cleaner to join the northern based NMC Team. Facilities are located throughout the municipality and include Longford, Perth, Cressy, and Evandale.

About the role
Reporting to the Works Supervisor, the successful applicants will provide routine cleaning tasks for a range of community facilities and venues. This includes cleaning of public toilets, recreation facilities, or halls and centres used for community events.
This is a casual role with variable hours. There is no minimum guaranteed hours each week.
About you
You will take pride in delivering high quality work and be able to work independently and be able to meet deadlines. You will need sound verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with the public as you undertake your tasks, and you will have a sound understanding of the health and safety risks and requirements associated with your role.
You must:

Have previous experience as a cleaner

Have a sound attention to detail
-
Have reliable transport
-
Be reliable and punctual

Undertake and pass a pre-employment medical including a urine drug & alcohol test and a musculoskeletal and fitness assessment

Hold or be able to obtain a Working with Children's Check

Be able to provide a police check showing no serious offences
