About the Role
As a Diploma-Qualified Educator, you will help deliver high-quality play-based learning experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and the school community
- Upholding the values and mission of CatholicCare Tasmania
About You
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic casual educator who has:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A strong understanding of play-based learning and child development
- Knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and early childhood frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
