Role Overview:

The Territory Manager, reporting to the Field Sales Manager, will be responsible for meeting sales targets through new business acquisition and implementing sales strategies within an existing customer base. This role covers Northern Tasmania, including Launceston and Devonport, with monthly trips to the Queenstown and St Helens areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets; grow sales within existing customers; generate new business through leads, campaigns, and cold calling.

Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers; maintain consistent communication and follow-ups.

Sales Strategy Execution: Implement brand and promotional strategies; manage pricing, discounts, and terms.

Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory sales plan; maintain accurate customer details.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and visibility; work with franchise partners on sales activities.

Market Insights & Reporting: Provide market information to management; complete sales reports on time.
