What you can expect in a day in the role :
This role supports the critical functions of the kitchen by cleaning dishes, moving stock, cleaning/ deep cleaning equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen facilities. Country Club kitchens are a fast-paced and lively environment where the team culture and atmosphere are engaging and rewarding.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Deep cleaning of ovens, benches, floors, and cookery
- Assist with dishes, moving stock, and organisation
- Work across multiple kitchens while working within time frames
What you’ll bring to the role :
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team while being able to perform the physical duties of the role.

- An enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.

- Good communication and time management skills.
- An ability to work independently, to make decisions, and to show initiative.
- High attention to detail.
- The flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts across a 24 hour/7-day roster.
