Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of the Digital & Data Strategy and portfolio investment decisions, leading to the successful use and optimisation of digital technologies across the organisation.The Digital Technology Analyst supports the development of the long-term Digital & Data Strategy and the 5-year IT Regulatory Submission. The Analyst develops and guides IT Plans and IT Business Cases through evidence driven strategic & financial analysis, ensuring alignment with the enterprise strategy, regulatory requirements and business and technology roadmaps. Supports the monitoring of IT performance against the regulatory allowance, ongoing reporting to the Regulator and the development of artefacts for communicating performance to the public. The Analyst also supports the development of key technology artifacts, including the technology and capability roadmaps and specialised sub-strategies
Strategy and Portfolio Development
- Coordinate and partner with various business and technology (internal and external) teams to assist in the periodic refresh of the IT Digital & Data Strategy and in the production of the IT Regulatory Submission, including writing business cases as required.
- Support the development of other digital and technology strategies as required.
- Influence the development of IT Portfolio Plans and Business Plans to ensure alignment with strategies, business plans, roadmaps and strategic & regulatory performance measures.
- Partner with Domain Architects to ensure the effective execution of the technology strategies.
- Regularly monitor IT performance against strategies and liaise with accountable managers to ensure evidence is available to support performance and investment decisions made.

- Degree qualifications in a business management discipline with technology as a core component, or in information systems, or equivalent level of skill and knowledge gained through experience.
- Extensive experience in the information technology industry.
- Current Driver’s License (Car)
Salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 + 12.5% super + other benefits
