Talenza has been engaged by a leading organisation to source a seasoned Head of Delivery to oversee two major streams of work - a large-scale business integration following a recent acquisition, and a broader enterprise-wide business transformation program.
This is a rare and high-profile opportunity for a senior leader to drive complex change with exposure to global stakeholders and C-level executives. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in program delivery, governance, and business change, and have a strong track record of managing large, cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business integration and transformation programs.
- Strategic thinker who can navigate complex environments and influence at the executive level.
- Experienced in managing governance structures and executive steering committees.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teams.
- A natural communicator who excels at building strong relationships with global stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and execution of a major business integration post-acquisition.
- Manage an enterprise-level business transformation program, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
- Provide end-to-end program governance including steering committee reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Drive program delivery through structured methodology and clear execution frameworks.
- Manage program-level risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Own and manage program budgets, tracking financials and ensuring alignment with ROI goals.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple business and technical workstreams.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior and global stakeholders.
- Strong background in business integration and transformation initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of governance, budget control, risk, and delivery frameworks.
- Track record of success in managing executive and global stakeholder groups.
- Confident decision-maker with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in matrixed and multinational organisational environments.
- Relevant industry experience in financial services, technology, or consulting is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or related fields.
- Project or Program Management certifications (e.g. MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) highly regarded.
