Payrate- $31.00
Shifts- Day Shift starting at 7.00am, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Production Workers and Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production processes run smoothly
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Good communication and teamwork skills
