As an Electrical Technician at Millicent Mill, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to split your time between operating state-of-the-art machinery and performing essential electrical maintenance and repairs. You’ll work closely with our electrical reliability team leaders and engineering group, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
In this dynamic role, you’ll primarily be responsible for operating machinery and maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll perform electrical work as needed, including installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of our machines and assets. You’ll play a crucial part in adhering to our reliability strategy and upholding our high site safety standards. This position is a key part of Kimberly-Clark’s commitment to pioneering and maintaining World Class Best Maintenance practices globally, helping us produce premium Kleenex products right here in Millicent.

Requirements:
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on making improvements and engaging others in the process. As an E-Tech, your electrical expertise and ability to perform under pressure will be highly valued. You will play a crucial role in resolving issues, being adaptable, and working collaboratively towards team goals.
Along with your commitment to delivering high quality products you will:

Hold a current Class A Electrical License.

Hold a current High Risk Forklift License (LF) or willingness to obtain before employment.

Have proven electrical experience in dynamic technical environments, including networks and site infrastructure.

Adherence to relevant processes and procedures.

Be self-motivated with a strong focus on safety, thoroughness, and teamwork.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn, be open-minded, and driven to achieve.

Contribute to cultivating ideas and enhancing our understanding of our valued consumers.
