Reporting to the Mining Manager you will be responsible for upholding Cavpower’s reputation for excellence and increasing parts and service revenue through superior product support knowledge on a range of Caterpillar mining machinery. A key function of this role also includes providing the customer with value added solutions and support as well as identifying new business opportunities for company growth and expansion.
About YouAn effective communicator with the desire to achieve outstanding results you will have proven relationship building skills, with sound industry knowledge and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
Your SkillsTo achieve great results, you will need to bring your skills and experience to the fore. This includes:Trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).Significant experience working with or exposure to Mining and Construction industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.Proactive and solutions approach with the ability to work well under pressure;Analytical with research ability and strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
