The Role:
We are looking for a Team Manager / Sales Associate to join Mark Forde’s team located in our South Coast office in Hayborough. The Team Manager / Sales Associate will manage the teams’ daily activities and provide timely and punctual assistance to help ensure the smooth running of the team’s operation, as well as supporting the team with listing and selling property along the South Coast.

As the Team Manager/Sales Associate, you will drive the team to success with your:
- Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property
- Operational management of the Forde team including diary management
- Co-ordinating appointments and tracking appointments for the team
- Co-ordinate agent marketing and project manage campaigns
- Attending open inspections and on-site property inspections.
- Co-ordinating sales & settlement process

- Experience in real estate (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment

- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
