About the role
An exciting new opportunity has come available for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Yutjuwala Djiwarr Flexible Aged Care Facility. This is a permanent, full-time position working from Monday to Friday and attracts a salary of $75 - $85,000 PA gross base (pending prior experience) + salary packaging options.
This role will see you providing administrative support including welcoming guests and visitors, rostering and diary management, stock, stationary orders, invoicing, and petty cash management to name a few.
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a self-starter who has previous experience working in an office or administration capacity. You will have strong computer skills, able to multi-task and enjoy working within a healthcare environment. This role is based out of our Aged Care Facility, therefore, you will have a clam and supportive manner as you work amongst our elderly residents.

Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
- Preference to be currently residing in Nhulunbuy, or, have direct access to housing locally.
- Prior experience working within an Administration or Reception position with preference within the Healthcare industry.
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and, confident in picking up new data software systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with professionalism and patience when working with our elderly residents and their families.
ARRCS Mandatory compliance – This is not required when applying for roles, however, mandatory if offered a position within ARRCS:
- A National Police Check dated or lodged within the last 3 months.
- Current Influenza Vaccination.
- A current NDIS Screening check or proof of application.
