About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive Administration Officer to join our team in Humpty Doo. This is a hands-on, varied role that provides support across payroll, accounts, compliance, and general office operations.
You’ll be someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who’s looking to work in a supportive team, in a role where you’ll have plenty of variety and responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will include:

Processing accounts and payroll using MYOB & Xero
-
Keeping on top of timesheets, allowances, PAYG, superannuation, and deductions
-
Assisting with recruitment, preparing contracts, and onboarding new employees
-
Coordinating flights, accommodation, and vehicle registrations
-
Managing company records, safety documentation, and compliance registers
-
General office administration — from ordering supplies to supporting senior management
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with:
-
Previous experience in an administration role
-
Confidence using MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
-
Good time management and organisational abilities
-
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Bonus points if you have experience with payroll processing, recruitment, or safety documentation — but training can be provided for the right person.
