Description:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive EUC Field Technician Scheduler to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our field operations by managing technician scheduling, coordinating site visits, tracking ticket queues, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external vendors.

As the central point of coordination, you'll be responsible for the administrative logistics behind our End User Computing (EUC) services, providing essential support to field technicians, project teams, and management.

Key responsibilities

  • Prioritise and schedule field technician site visits based on workload and urgency

  • Monitor and distribute call-queue tickets and handle ad-hoc scheduling requests

  • Manage third-party repair processes, including invoicing and progress tracking

  • Support EUC teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation and formatting

  • Assist in project execution by:

    • Organising site plans and scheduling on-site activities

    • Liaising with agency contacts regarding timelines and project coordination

    • Tracking stock and equipment deliveries

  • Coordinate with Dispatch for equipment delivery and returns

  • Allocate job tickets to technicians and monitor task completion

  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure SLA compliance and task resolution

  • Collaborate with Technical Managers to align resources with ticket demands

  • Maintain organised records of technical and administrative documents

  • Respond to ad-hoc management requests in a timely manner

  • Provide ongoing oversight of on-site workloads to support service delivery goals

  • Escalate any risks to meeting service targets or SLAs

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced service delivery or scheduling environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities

  • A systematic approach to problem-solving and issue resolution

  • Ability to implement and maintain processes, reporting, and escalation protocols

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and support

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team

  • Basic technical understanding of IT&T technologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)

  • Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience (preferred)

  • Customer service certifications (a plus)
