About the role
We are seeking a Machinery Operator to join our team at AAM Investment Group. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of equipment, ensuring the timely completion of critical projects. You will be working across our four cattle stations with a good variety of work getting see some beautiful parts of the Northern Territory and Kimberley Regions.
The position is permanent full time, accommodation and meals are provided on the Station this is NOT A FIFO ROLE.
What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain a range of machinery, including Graders, Dozer, Excavators and Loaders on our Cattle Stations in the Northern Territory.

Perform pre-operation checks and basic maintenance on all equipment, completing assigned works in a timely manner, reporting to management progress, issues, maintenance requirements.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
What we're looking for
-
Minimum 2 years' experience operating machinery.

Valid Heavy Combination (HC) or MC licence

Dozer, Grader and excavator operation certificates

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team or on your own

Good communication and interpersonal skills
