Job DescriptionOur client, Triple T Cafe & Restaurant, is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join their team in Winnellie, Northern Territory. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, branding, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating promotional content, and building strong engagement with the local community.
Focusing on growing the cafe’s visibility and customer base, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with management to align promotional efforts with business goals. A background in hospitality marketing or consumer-focused campaigns will be highly regarded. Triple T Cafe & Restaurant is a well-loved local venue known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality food and drinks, and friendly service.
They serve a diverse customer base and offer a diverse menu, barista coffee, and unique dining experiences that blend classic hospitality with modern service standards. As a growing establishment, they are committed to creating a welcoming space for guests and employees. The annual salary for the position is $73,150 to $75,000.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, planning, and implementing advertising strategies and campaigns to align with the company’s sales goals.
- Providing strategic advice to management and clients on marketing approaches that effectively target desired audiences and build brand awareness.
- Managing the end-to-end development of advertising materials, coordinating tasks such as design, content creation, scripting, media buying, and production within budget and timelines.
- Evaluating consumer behavior, purchasing habits, and preferences using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Monitoring and forecasting market trends to anticipate consumer demand and behaviour shifts.
- Conducting research on new product markets and assessing market potential by collecting and analysing industry data and statistics.
- Contributing to business expansion by supporting the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, policies, and campaigns.
- Overseeing or commissioning detailed market research to uncover opportunities for both new and existing products and services.
- Offering expert guidance on all areas of marketing, including branding, pricing strategies, promotions, sales techniques, and distribution planning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Should hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Must possess at least two (2) year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in a comparable role or environment.
