About the roleÂ
Â
The IT Service Desk Analyst is the first line of contact and support for all CPA Australia staff (employees and contractors) in relation to all IT Incidents and Service Requests. Â
Importance is placed on getting the customer IT system operational to minimise loss of productivity for the individual and the business.
This is a highly customer service focused role working in a team environment which may require face to face contact with the customer.
Join a high performing Service Desk as the first line of contact and support for all CPA Australia staff (employees and contractors) in relation to all IT Incidents and Service Requests. This role has a key focus on customer/ stakeholder service, working to resolve or escalate complex IT queries to agreed SLAâs. Â

This is a 6 month contract role

Who we are looking forÂ
Â
- Must have a working knowledge of ITIL.  ITIL Foundation certificate preferable.
- Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Information Technology or Business or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
- Demonstrated customer service qualities.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Able to follow processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team or independently and under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
- Excellent knowledge on SOE design and build.
- Knowledge of Service Centre tools such as Infra or Service Manager.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
