Description:

Assist in the Windows 11 upgrade for over 10,000 devices. -
Provide Level-2 support for users during the upgrade process, troubleshooting and resolving issues. -
Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute the upgrade strategy across the organisation. -
Ensure all devices meet compatibility and security requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade. -
Maintain clear documentation of the upgrade process, including time lines, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements:

12-18 months of Level-2 troubleshooting experience. -
Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework. -
Windows 10 to 11 upgrade experience is a plus. -
Hands-on experience with cloud environments. -
Willing to learn and grow in new technologies.
