We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join a growing global team. You’ll be the engine behind how we plan, deliver, and measure marketing activity - improving processes, building scalable systems, and helping teams work smarter across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.
You’ll play a critical role in leading cross-functional initiatives, streamlining workflows, and enabling better decision-making through data and insights—all while keeping pace in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive operational excellence across regional marketing teams, improving planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Lead cross-functional projects and planning cycles, identifying roadblocks and creating alignment across teams
- Build scalable systems, workflows, and dashboards that enable smarter ways of working
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with leadership, strategy, and finance teams
- Act as a trusted partner to regional leads, providing strategic support across campaign planning, resource allocation, and process optimisation
- 8+ years in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role within high-growth environments
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, solve problems with data, and implement scalable systems
- Confident working with marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you thrive in cross-functional teams
- A sharp eye for process, a bias for action, and a knack for making things simpler and more effective
