They are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the team initially on a 12 month fixed term contract with a possibility to extend.
The role:
Reporting into the Senior Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist will sit across a broad range of the indirect procurement including; CAPEX, OPEX, Property, IT, Logistics, HR Facilities, Utilities, Marketing, Travel and Outsourced Services:
- Lead sourcing initiatives across a broad range of indirect categories
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings, value, innovation, and efficiency
- Support transformation and change management projects
- Analyse spend data to identify opportunities and risks
- Contribute to procurement strategy and process improvements
- 4+ years' experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach
- Commercial acumen and confident stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to deliver cost savings and value
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
