We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded professional to join our team as the Pool Bar Manager .
Key Responsibilities
As our Pool Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of the Food & Beverage Outlet – Pool Bar. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring guest experience and loyalty, overseeing F&B quality, engaging and supporting colleagues, and driving profitability and productivity.
Pool Bar Manager ensures the pool area is well maintained and follows presentation standards at all times (e.g. setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture). You will manage the overall functions of the Pool Bar, ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of service, and implement strategies for revenue generation and cost minimisation.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
- Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, First Aid) are a plus.
- Australian work rights.
