OFFICE ADMIN - BDS GOLD COAST
BDS Mechanical has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated admin officer to join our team on the Gold Coast. This is a permanent/full time position with multiple options to progress in your career.
About us:
BDS Mechanical Repairs is a growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland and Western Australia, meaning we’re never too far away.
Experience, skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administration position
- Invoicing and accounts payable/receivable experience
- MYOB experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Sound PC skills
- Good communication
- Attention to detail
- Admin experience in the automotive industry a bonus
- Good phone manner
