The Role
As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll support clients via phone, email, and remote support. You’ll guide new users through onboarding, respond to queries, and help troubleshoot workflows. Working within a supportive team, you’ll deliver practical and meaningful support to specialist medical practices.
Responsibilities

Learn the software inside and out to deliver accurate, confident assistance

Provide prompt support to clients using our software

Conduct phone, email, and remote support video sessions

Guide new clients through onboarding

Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions

Create and improve internal support procedures to enhance team efficiency and consistency

You may have experience in medical reception, dental assisting, practice management, or healthcare administration but what’s essential is your background in customer support and a professional approach. You're proactive, solution-focused, and an excellent communicator who enjoys helping others succeed.
