🔍 About The Role

The role is for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to extend) based in either Newcastle or Wollongong offices, as a Scheduling Coordinator. You will be an essential part of our operations team, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll liaise with a variety of customers; from homeowners and tenants to real estate agents to schedule property valuation appointments and create efficient inspection schedules for our property Valuers.

Your work will be varied, rewarding, and vital to the success of our business.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Calling customers to arrange property valuation appointments
  • Coordinating daily inspection schedules for our Valuers
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining top-notch accuracy
  • Delivering exceptional service via phone and email communication

🙌 What We’re Looking For

  • Previous call centre or admin experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Confidence with computers and navigating multiple systems
  • A reliable, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
