About the opportunity
This Operations Clerk role is a key support to the operations team at StarTrack East Arm. You’ll be supporting internal and external stakeholders for multiple areas of the business including operations, management and customers. Whether you’re assisting the team tracking freight, obtaining delivery information from drivers or coordinating the movement of freight, every day you’ll use your superior organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently. As lifting freight is part of this role, a lifting capacity of up to 30kg is required.
This is a full time 12 month fixed term opportunity with a pay rate of $30.81/hr + 12% super and overtime rates.
About You
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors and customers
- Confident using computers, Excel, Word, Outlook and some in house programs (such as SAP)
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
You’ll also need
- To pass our pre employment checks (nationally coordinated criminal history check and medical)
- Be comfortable working the following hours - Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:36pm)
