Newcastle Anglican | 50hours/fortnight | Part-time | Warabrook, NSW The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our services by coordinating rosters, liaising with internal stakeholders, and adapting to changing priorities. Why Work for us? Minimum 2 years’ experience in the scheduling of employees or relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to use Data bases and Microsoft office suite programs, for example Outlook, Word and ExcelDemonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments and roster optimisation.Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus.Excellent verbal communication skillsA friendly, "no problem" disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders.Ability to work a rotating roster.Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks and work independentlyDemonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills.Understanding of WHS responsibilitiesProven ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment.Highly developed teamwork skills Demonstrated positive communication and conflict resolution skills Qualifications/Essential Current drivers’ licence NDIS Worker screening clearance A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
