About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of our contracts and client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills. The position will be reporting to the Managing Director of the company. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures and updating contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information.
- Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet the organisation’s obligation and achieve planned contract outcomes.
- Developing, reviewing and negotiating contract variation daily and as required.
- Negotiating, reviewing and updating existing contract terms with internal and external business partners.
- Explaining contract terms and conditions to related parties to ensure understanding and compliance with company standards.
- Managing staff to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Coordinating with legal, finance and other functions to support the contract process.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure all cleaning contracts are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation for all cleaning activities.
What we're looking for
- Hold relevant qualifications in project management or business administration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration in Australia.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role, preferably within the Contracts Administration sub-industry
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and dispute resolution principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse complex contractual information
- Proficient in the use of contract management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: AUD 74,000 – AUD 80,000 per year, plus superannuation
