Description:
SD Autobody is currently seeking a Production Manager to join the team at our Hendra facility. Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, SD Autobody specialises in restoring damaged luxury cars to showroom condition, from the smallest scuff to a large-scale repair.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workshop/production manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, that the appropriate method of repair is adhered to, that estimates are followed, and that quality is paramount.

This is a full time, permanent position (Monday to Friday) and is available for immediate start.
Role responsibilities
- Ensure the site remains a safe working environment for all staff
- Process vehicles upon arrival
- Assist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint and consumables
- Manage the repair process to ensure timely, & quality repairs are carried out
- Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations
- Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop

- Previous experience in similar management role within the collision repair industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to delate tasks.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications in particular excel
- The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team
