We are looking for a Store Manager to join our ResMed direct to consumer business to manage our team and ever-growing customer base to help with their sleep health.Â

The Store Manager is responsible for the effective operating, running and achievement to budget of their store/s through effective leadership and management of their teams and developing an exceptional customer centric culture.â¯â¯Â


Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that team/s are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales, key performance indicators and customer service aligned with our vision to ensure that each customerâs needs are met through our products/services and they are achieving a good nightâs sleep.â¯Â
â¯Â

  • Driving a culture that is laser focused on amazing customer serviceÂ

  • Effective leadership and management of the teamÂ

  • Lead, motivate, develop & drive the team to achieve commercial targets. Demonstrate an energetic approach in both sales and managementÂ

  • Liaise and build relationships with Sleep Physicians, General Physicians, Sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain businessÂ

  • Manage, coordinate and approve leave applications for team members. Ensure alignment with roster requirements. Manage store rosters aligned with sales volumes and team members leave. Ensure each store is running at optimal staffing levels.Â

  • Recruit, on board and mentor staff as requiredÂ

  • Manage stock control including but not limited to ordering, movement through stock transfers to and from the store, stock takes etc. Complete merchandising as required.Â

  • Maintain relationships of key stakeholdersÂ

  • Work collaboratively with multi-function teams and other store managersÂ

  • Previous success in retail managementÂ

  • Ability to recruit and motivate a team. You have an open mindset to change and a strong ability to lead others effectively through changeÂ

  • Sales focused and goal-drivenÂ

  • Displays excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skillsÂ

  • A passion for creating a fantastic customer experienceÂ

  • Has full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and proceduresÂ

  • Having the experience in managing the performance, training and development of a team is an advantageÂ
