Join Colliers as a Junior Sales Executive to build client relationships and drive property sales in Melbourne East.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients.
- Identifying potential clients and properties to sell.
- Analyzing sales potential using standard valuation models.
- Pursuing new appointments and fostering relationships with businesses.
- Coordinating marketing and selling of properties, including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, and site inspections.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related discipline and a current real estate license.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A high interest and understanding of the local property market and current trends.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project).
