Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Coordinator Planning Assessment.
- Undertaking tasks for planning projects, policies, and strategies.
- Assessing local development applications.
- Gaining experience in development application assessments.
- Assisting with advice on development matters.
- Participating in town planning services.
- Observing and assisting in legal matters with senior officers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at an accredited Australian university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player attitude.
- Organizational skills and self-motivation.
- A friendly and professional customer service approach.
- Ability to manage a busy workload with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Motivation and results-driven mindset.
- A current Class C Driver's Licence.
