One Raceway officially opened in October. Since then, we’ve proven the model, welcomed thousands through the gates, and confirmed our place on the national motorsport map. Now, it’s time to take the next step – building a business that matches the quality of the venue and the scale of its opportunity.

We’re searching for a strategic, energetic and hands-on General Manager to lead the next stage of One Raceway’s growth. You’ll bring the capability to scale operations, build a high-performing team, and position One Raceway as a leading national venue – not just in motorsport, but as a platform for events, community, and innovation.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a significant regional venue from a foundation of real momentum. While motorsport experience is desirable, it’s not essential. A genuine enthusiasm for sport, events and building something from the ground up is .

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead all operational and strategic aspects of the business
2. Manage event delivery, including motorsport, commercial and community events
3. Build and lead a capable internal team and support network
4. Develop and implement a clear business growth strategy, including commercial partnerships and programming
5. Establish One Raceway as a distinctive and compelling brand in the market
6. Oversee marketing direction, with a focus on creative digital and social campaigns
7. Engage with stakeholders including sponsors, community groups, regulators and government partners

What we’re looking for:

1. A driven, entrepreneurial leader with business management experience
2. A background in venue, event or experience-based businesses preferred
3. A strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset – someone who builds and delivers
4. A natural communicator and team builder
5. A passion for sport, community engagement and innovative business models
6. Experience in motorsport is a bonus – but enthusiasm is essential

Location & Commitment:

• Based in Goulburn , or within easy reach from Sydney or Canberra . The role requires regular on-site presence, particularly during events.
