The RoleIn this role you will be able to:
- Ignite new business activity
- Create invaluable networks with candidates and clients
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with our loyal clientele and candidates
- Master the art of candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Craft market-leading candidate pools that set industry standards
We would love for you to have a proven track record and history of working in our industry. Recruitment knowledge from within the technology, banking or accounting and finance space is desired but not compulsory.
To fit in well with our business you will need to be:

- Proven history of being able to build and maintain a successful recruitment desk
- Highly resilient
- Passionate about providing an exceptional experience for candidates and clients
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Salary$80,000 - $100,000 + commission
