About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Sydney Retail team, you'll work with leading retail brands to place top-tier candidates in their business. You'll be supported with access to a vast database of candidates and clients, and an award-winning team of experts who share your passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
A typical day as a Recruitment Consultant includes:
- Building and nurturing relationships with retail clients.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (360-degree consulting).
- Collaborating with a supportive network of colleagues across the Frontline franchise.
- Leveraging professional development opportunities to continuously grow.
Who we're looking for:
We're seeking someone with a strong background in retail leadership who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in a retail leadership role.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a knack for problem-solving.
- A drive to succeed and achieve KPIs while fostering meaningful connections.
