As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Sydney team.
You’ll be stepping into a warm desk with an active client base and ongoing opportunities, thanks to the groundwork laid by our current consultants.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, lively, values-driven environment. Ideally (but not essential) you’ll bring proven experience in the Allied Health and/or Community Services sector, a strong track record of billing success, and the confidence to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
You’re not just a recruiter—you’re a relationship builder, a trusted advisor, and someone who takes real pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

About you:
Besides the obvious knowledge and experience of running a 360 degree recruitment desk, I'm looking for a genuine passion to help make a difference in peoples lives, drive and determination to get the job done, passion, enthusiasm and a sales spark that could light up a room. Not asking for much, right!??
All of our consultants do business development on a daily basis so BD skills & experience are essential.

Selection Criteria:
- Minimum of 18 months exp. running a 360 degree recruitment desk.
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving KPIs and Targets.
- A genuine passion for the recruitment sector.
- Business development skills and experience to assist with Brightside's growth plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Driving licence.
- Available to work full-time/5 days a week.
