Our client is a Medical Supplier in Scoresby looking for a confident, forward-thinking Head of Customer Service to lead their customer service strategy across the ANZ region. You'll drive transformation, strengthen performance, and create an experience that puts our customers at the centre-always.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team and own the end-to-end customer experience. From setting strategy to overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll create a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and evolve the ANZ customer service strategy with a clear focus on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and performance.
- Inspire and guide your team, building a culture of growth, accountability, and engagement.
- Streamline operations to ensure fast, professional handling of all customer queries and escalations.
- Use feedback and data to uncover insights and improve customer journey.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to create a unified, customer-first approach.
- Monitor key metrics.
- Lead with innovation, finding smarter ways to serve and support both customers and teams.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in senior customer service, CX, or operations leadership.
- Background in scientific, healthcare, or B2B environments, supply chain (preferred).
- Strong experience leading teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Comfortable in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience managing CRM/ERP systems.
- A natural leader with a passion for service, people, and continuous improvement.
- A deep understanding of the ANZ market and what drives exceptional customer experiences.
