Studiosity is looking for a Director, Partnerships to lead our team of eight Client Success professionals, supporting our education partners across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Sydney office, or hybrid
  • Up to $150k base per annum, plus super
  • Generous incentive scheme for high performance

What you will do:

  • Lead our Partnerships (Client Success) team across Australia, New Zealand and Asia with accountability for annual target achievement.
  • Develop our partner management systems and processes to enable scalability for significant growth.
  • Develop the regional partnership team’s capabilities and culture consistent with the Company’s global vision, mission and values.
  • Make decisions that drive strategic and operational outcomes, including partner growth and retention.
  • Drive individual accountability within the partnerships team for activities that drive successful revenue growth.
  • Act swiftly to improve individual and team performance where necessary.

Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in client success / account management
  • Team leadership experience
  • Experience dealing with C-suite customers

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellence in organisational management with the ability to coach staff and to manage and develop a high-performance team.

Desired Experience / Skills:

  • An understanding of the tertiary and secondary education sectors.
  • Proficient user of Salesforce.
