We’re hiring a General Manager – Commercial & Growth Lead (Sydney-based).

After 25+ years in the coffee game, I’m building the next chapter—one that’s bold, innovative, and scalable.

We’re looking for a General Manager / Commercial Lead to join our team and help drive the growth of both our roasting business and our emerging Cold Brew & Beverage division.

This is a real leadership role:

1. You’ll take control of operations, sales, and strategy.
2. You’ll help scale Cold Brew, RTD, and Liqueur products.
3. You’ll bring structure, vision, and momentum to an already respected coffee business.

Based at our Blacktown facility in Sydney, this is an opportunity to build, lead, and make something exceptional—backed by a killer production team and decades of IP.

We’re open to someone with experience in coffee, beverage, FMCG, or foodservice, who’s ready to step up and help shape a fast-growing brand.
