About the Role:
As General Manager , you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of the club. From building strong member relationships to driving commercial performance, you'll lead a team of passionate professionals and ensure the club continues to thrive as a premium destination for health and fitness. You'll collaborate with HQ, drive local area marketing, champion safety and service standards, and be a key player in strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimise daily operations across all departments

Drive membership sales, engagement, and retention initiatives

Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and frontline staff

Ensure the facility meets safety, cleanliness, and service standards

Execute and evaluate local marketing and community strategies
Your Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in club, venue, or regional management (fitness industry preferred)

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sport, or related field (desirable)

Strong commercial acumen and leadership presence

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to drive culture, performance, and innovation
