Description:
As Manager DACMS Business Support and System Oversight team, you will lead a team to build a consistent approach to the operation and enhancement of existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software used throughout Disability Services. This system (DACMS- Disability Accommodation Client Management System) currently serves to record, store and maintain essential information relating to participants, including, but not limited to, personal details, medical conditions, contact logs, support plans and a billing system.
In this role, you will take the lead in working closely with business areas to identify and understand operational needs. You will act as a central point of contact between end users, internal systems teams and external vendors, and will bring a strong solutions focus to navigating ambiguities.

The Manager key responsibilities are:
- Provide leadership to the work unit, including the management of staff and resources allocated to achieve business improvement and strategic outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate consultation with business areas using the DACMS system and analyse evolving operational needs.
- Provide strategic oversight to the system enhancement process, including documentation of business requirements, validation and needs assessment.
- Implement principles of sound governance to the assessment and prioritisation of system enhancement requests, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage, coordinate and/or prepare high-level advice, correspondences and business cases to support informed decision making about system and process changes.
- Provide advice regarding emerging issues, critical paths, project linkages and strategic opportunities and challenges.
- Lead consultation with operational teams to assist with understanding and analysing business requirements, mapping dependencies and providing recommendations.
- Lead consultation with governance groups to facilitate decisions on changes to business processes.
- Lead the management of monitoring and evaluation of the resolution of issues and deployment of enhancements.
- Manage and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and promoting a change positive approach.
- Lead the development of continuous improvement mechanisms to encourage innovation in the delivery of high-quality services and pursuing opportunities for optimisation.
