The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused Business Development Manager to join our Queensland team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, supported by like-minded individuals to help you achieve your goals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development, identifying new markets and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Strengthen and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Laser 3D.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance.
- Ensure all customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
About You:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.
- Competent in using computer systems and software relevant to project management sales operations.
- Strong customer service focus, with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Experience in laser cutting and the steel industry is highly advantageous.
