About The Role

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to support our group to take steps to level up our in-club activities and programs. Reporting to the Managing Director , you'll assist in leading the charge with generating updated classes and programs for our members, you will improving member experience, and elevate the Next Gen brand’s positioning in the within the health & wellness space.

This role requires an innovative professional who has a broad background within the health & wellness space who will bring ideas and have the ability to implement these ideas across our group. If you enjoy working in a collaborative executive team and have a proactive, hands-on approach, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse market, industry, and competitive conditions as related to current and new product offerings
  • Develop detailed product specifications and requirements
  • Participate in strategy sessions, roadmap development and ensures project follow through
  • Collect data and conduct analysis related to current product utilisation and sales trends
  • Identify threats and opportunities within current and future product offerings
  • Analyse data through existing and potential member feedback to identify and prioritise new product ideas and enhancements
  • Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure product communication flows across the whole group
  • Develop and deliver internal product training and support materials for all clubs
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven backgroup building Product Offerings and Program offerings within the Fitness Industry
  • Ability to manage projects to ensure they are implemented in a seamless manner
  • A passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle industries is highly regarded

Please Note:

  • Proof of right to work in Australia or New Zealand will be required
  • You must be based in Sydney, with office based in Ryde
  • All Next Gen employees require a Working with Children Clearance
