Essendon Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team, working a minimum of 27hrs per week. The Role:

This is a part-time position, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Veterinary Nurse to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting veterinarians during consultations and surgeries

• Performing diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and sample collection

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Providing client education and support

• Maintaining accurate patient records

• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic

• Assisting with general clinic administration and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Veterinary Nurse with relevant certification or registration

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic

• Passionate about animal care and client service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Part-time minimum of 27hrs per week including Friday’s and a 1 in 4 Saturday rotation
