The successful candidate will play a key role in the HR department of an industrial / manufacturing organisation, providing support and expertise in talent acquisition processes to drive the company's growth and success. This role is based in Port Melbourne and requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the local market and a knack for identifying top talent.

Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
- Identifying and attracting top talent using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Conducting interviews and facilitating selection processes.
- Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Participating in HR projects as required.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment system (Workday) is highly advantageous
- Have a strong track record working in Recruitment in a multinational company is a plus
- ·Experience in business partnering / consulting in a HR environment would be an added advantage
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- High-level problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Solid understanding of the local market and talent pool
