Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the HR department of an industrial / manufacturing organisation, providing support and expertise in talent acquisition processes to drive the company's growth and success. This role is based in Port Melbourne and requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the local market and a knack for identifying top talent.

Description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Identifying and attracting top talent using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating selection processes.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in HR projects as required.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Knowledge of recruitment system (Workday) is highly advantageous
  • Have a strong track record working in Recruitment in a multinational company is a plus
  • ·Experience in business partnering / consulting in a HR environment would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • High-level problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
  • Solid understanding of the local market and talent pool
