The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Delivery Administrator to join our National team based in Notting Hill.
The National Service Delivery Administrator is responsible for uploading data information within the business application, providing administration support, distribution of various spreadsheet and reports, all contract related filing and accurate data entry of work ready for invoicing weekly and monthly.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Uploading data information from Excel to the business application
- Providing Administration support
- Job Control
- Accurate Data Entry
- Invoicing
- Contract Job Filing
- Accounts Payable
- General Business Services
To be successful you will be:
- Experienced in contract administration and invoice processing in a busy office environment within a multi site company
- Well organized, motivated, self starter with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines and independently
- Highly literate with well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate and accurate
- Experienced with Navision business management software or equivalent ( highly desirable )
