The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Property Officer/Junior Property Manager to become an integral part of a friendly and professional Property Management team. In this role, you will be working alongside a Senior Property Manager, assisting in the management of a well-maintained portfolio of over 170 properties.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Senior Property Manager across all aspects of the portfolio
  • Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair requests
  • Assisting with lease renewals and rental reviews
  • Handling leasing enquiries and open homes
  • Marketing new rental properties and completing related administration
  • Maintaining proactive and professional communication with landlords and tenants
  • Working Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to build a successful career in property management. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A current Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license
  • Up to 12 months of real estate experience (including internships or assistant roles)
  • A polished and professional presentation
  • Cantonese/Mandarin speaking preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
