About the role
As a Strategy Analyst at Rex Group, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our strategic vision translates into effective plans that drive growth and efficiency. You’ll collaborate across departments—such as Sales, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Finance—to dig into problems, analyse trends, and enhance operational effectiveness across our brands: Rex Software, Cirrus8 and RealTrust.
Your Responsibilities
- Presentations and Reporting: Present findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings. Facilitate recurring Board reporting.
- Strategy Development: Assist in the development of business strategies and plans based on analysis and insights. This includes meeting with leaders, asking questions, understanding company goals, and aligning strategies to achieve them.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with business strategies and operations, supporting the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, product and engineering teams to gather data, insights and perspectives for well-rounded analysis.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, competitor movements, and customer needs to highlight opportunities and potential threats.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging best practices, and new analytical tools to support strong strategic planning and execution.
What You Need to Succeed

- Professional Services Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional services environment (e.g. management consulting, investment, strategy, or corporate advisory).
- Sector Insight: Familiarity with the real estate, property management or SaaS industries advantages.
- Go-to-Market Knowledge: Understanding of sales, marketing, and product strategies in a recurring revenue business model.
