28.81 + 11.5% Superannuation
- Monday to Friday role, no late nights

THE POSITION
- Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service, as well as a variety of functions
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Mentor and support your team, and provide training for new staff as required
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
THE PERSON
- Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain
- Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
- Previous catering or hospitality experience
- Good eye for detail, and consistency
- Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
