About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team and take the lead in delivering key operational and improvement projects across the business. This role is critical in driving efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals—all while fostering a strong safety-first and improvement-focused culture.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead impactful projects, drive efficiency, and champion a culture of operational excellence.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and sustain improved ways of working.
  • Plan, coordinate, and safely execute improvement projects across the business.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and action trackers.
  • Track and report project progress against key milestones and KPIs.
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to understand current operations and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Support the rollout of new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Assist in capacity planning and supply chain optimisation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and building high-performing operations.
