We are seeking a Digital Projects Lead to join our team based in our Milton office.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, this role is instrumental in delivering Lung Foundation Australia’s Digital Evolution. As the Digital Projects Lead, you will form part of a team responsible for the implementation of digital solutions that enhance organisational efficiency, improve consumer experiences, and align with strategic business objectives.

With a focus on website development, data management, customer experience, and process improvement, you will coordinate digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of digital projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and end users, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation, standardisation, and digital solutions.
  • Provide governance support, including risk management and reporting.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration across departments and external partners.
  • Support the transition from project implementation to business-as-usual operations.
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and status updates are completed in a timely manner.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic digital project lead with a passion for innovation, strategic execution, and driving meaningful change.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong understanding and experience in digital communications, website development, CRM, and data management projects.
  • Experience in project governance, risk assessment, and reporting.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the flexibility to apply a hybrid approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday Dev or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • High digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Experience leading end-to-end digital projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget. A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field is essential.
